Trash Day

One man's trash,
another man's treasure -
in this windy weather,
it's all on my lawn.

Tipped, tossed, and scattered
bins; it doesn't matter
to me - trash or treasure,
I just want it gone!

The aftermath of a storm, it sounds like. We had big winds the other night, too - next morning I was setting things right again.......

Get it gone is a very good philosophy when needed... Roll on trash day!

Nice near-rhyme... nice lightness.

I would add sweet gum balls. I want THOSE gone.

Yup! Sometimes we accumulate way too much.
And definitely it is good, that whether trash or treasure, it is gone!
i am in agreement with your message.
