Stop / Motion

I'm a little jerky frame to frame;
a little stiff,
a little lame,
but I can't stop.

My animation's a trifle blurred.
Impressionist?
It will have to serve;
it's the best I've got.

A body in motion
stays in motion.
A body in motion
stays in motion.
A body   mantra
prayer   emotion.

Can't stop.

Perfect start for my day as always and the perfect words for any and every day, MZ! Thank you!

Thank God for that! Only getting stuck in a rut is problematic. Do you remember 33.3 records that used to stick? Being a body in motion with mantra / prayer / emotion and poetry is so much more.

Oh I resonate with these words, especially today, kiddo. "A body in motion stays in motion." Some days it is harder to accomplish than others. There is just so much Doing!!!!!!

This made me smile! I could see it acted out...one little jerk at a time!

I'm a little suspicious of perpetual motion.

I can't tell you how much I can relate to this description.

Whenever I get stuck I just keep on moving even if I don't feel like I can. Great poem.
